The company Obras y Servicios Tamara S.L. specializes in construction, extension and renovation of apartments, villas, commercial premises and complete buildings. Its customers include private owners as well as companies and communities of owners. The company has 25 years of experience in the building sector, and is made up of a highly qualified team. Obras y Servicios Tamara is based in La Matanza de Acentejo, offering its services to the whole of the north of Tenerife.

The company aims to complete a project to the highest possible standard, thus fulfilling as far as possible the customer’s desire. This limited company was set up in 1994, continuing a project launched in the 80s by a German businessman. The two company owners are Juan Luis González García (overseeing building work, quality and staff) and Dirk Hübener (responsible for administration, accountancy and translations). Obras y Servicios Tamara is listed in the mercantile register of Santa Cruz de Tenerife and his its own registered mark.

At the present time the company has 12 employees, including bricklayers, laborers and drivers, and provides all the necessary tools, machines and vehicles. It also works with experts from all the trades within the building industry (plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, metal workers, etc.) and maintains contact with an architect to develop and complete more complex building works.

Among its suppliers are some of the most reputable companies of Tenerife, and practically all companies involved with ceramic and sanitary requirements; the majority of them being in the north or the capital of the island.
